Foreword: This was originally written and posted on DeviantART on Sunday March 7, 2021. This might be the oldest journal that I’ve reposted on here so far, but I could be wrong about that. This is one of earlier reviews, this was before I started labeling them “My Thoughts on,” I still called them “First Impressions” back then, and this is when I still did ratings which I don’t do anymore. It’s definitely an older work, and it had a lot of mistakes that I tried to correct when reposting it for this blog, and just the way I wrote it is different from how I would do it now. But, I stand by what I said in this review, not that I’ve rewatched the show since I originally wrote this.  This was an anime that I had discovered while I was at Best Buy at that time, and it looked interesting so I decided to buy it and watch it. This was posted as a Status Update rather than as a journal like the main Komi Can't Communicate review was. I've already said what I wanted to say about Komi in the note above the review, so I'm going to reiterate what I said there because that would be redundant.  What I will say though is that I was inspired to write this after I read the one-shot after I heard about in a review for the manga, and saw how different Komi was in the one-shot compared to the main manga and anime. It made me kind of wonder what the anime would've been like had the depiction of Komi been much closer to the one-shot than to the manga. In fact, now that I think about it now, maybe this is another thing that an American remake 🇺🇸 could do if one was ever. Have the female lead ♀︎ be much closer to the one-shot version of Komi where she's more talkative rat...

I know I said in my JJ McCullough Frutiger Aero response that I was going to try to post my Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen review sometime this month. I even rewatched the movie specifically for the occasion. But, I really felt like posting my Tenchi Muyo! review first. Okay, it's not a review, it's more of a discussion about the franchise, and how to get into it. Like, where do you even start with it? There some franchises that are so big, that so expansive, and have so many different installments that it can be kind of intimidating to get into if you weren't already watching them from the beginning. Like, I imagine for people who have never seen Star Wars into their entire lives (I'm not sure how that's possible, but they're out there), and they want to get into it.
