My Thoughts on “Ainsley’s Barbecue Bible”

Image
(This is a screenshot from an episode Ainsley’s Barbecue Bible , the Jamaica episode πŸ‡―πŸ‡² to be exact, showing the logo or title card of the show.)  Bet you didn’t think I’d be reviewing Ainsley’s Barbecue Bible did you? Well, you probably should because I left a hint at it in my post about the Cartoon Network Groovy on Atom Ant ⚛️🐜 . In the second to last paragraph, I say that the Groovy is sensational. I even underlined it so that you would notice, and know that it was a hint πŸ˜‰. How is the word “sensational” a hint? Well, if you actually watched the show and were caught up on and brushed up on your Ainsley lore, you’d know that in the Jamaica episode πŸ‡―πŸ‡² of this series, during the breakfast section where Ainsley cooks up some pineapple French Toast 🍍 with a side of Blue Mountain Coffee ☕️, he describes the Blue Mountain Coffee ☕️ as “sensational.” Maybe if I said “lovely ❤️” instead, people might’ve gotten it (as if anyone has actually read it besides me), but I thoug...

I guess, they figured that the current flag πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡ͺ is good enough, and they didn't need to change it, despite these governments having completely different visions for the country.)    In one of the notes of my previous posts talking about China πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³, I mentioned a BBC video talking about the United Arab Emirates πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ's role in the Yemeni Civil War πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡ͺ. How, the UAE πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ was essentially conducting a secret war in Yemen πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡ͺ, hiring American mercenaries πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ to carry out assassinations on their behalf, and how, despite the claims made by the Emirati government πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ and the mercenaries themselves, most of the people they targeted (and killed in some cases) were not actually terrorists. Most of the people...
